"The world is hugged by the faithful arms of volunteers” ~ Terri Guillemets
A few hours are all it takes for you to help us lead the effort to eliminate hunger and provide hope in the communities we serve through the right food and education. It’s a big mission but working together we can make a difference.
Your time is important to us! Volunteers help make Healthy Harvest Food Bank one of the most efficient hunger-relief organizations in the state. Thanks to the help of more than 1,700 volunteers - who provide hundreds of hours of service each year - we provide healthy nutritious food to children, seniors and working families every single month throughout the year. Whether you’re interested in sorting food, gleaning and harvesting fresh produce, helping with office projects or assisting with a special event, there is something for you or your group.
Volunteering is a great way to meet people, team build, learn job skills, and of course, have fun while giving back. Thank you for getting involved in the fight against hunger!
